A complaint should include your first and last name, the account e-mail address, a description of the problem and your request. The Provider examines complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law. The response will be provided in the form in which the complaint was submitted, or to the e-mail address associated with the account.

Account deletion

If you want to delete your account and associated data, send a message to kontakt@n-soft.pl with the subject "Account deletion", providing the e-mail address assigned to the account.
